Endeavor is a British TV show that is the prequel to the famous Inspector Morse TV show. It is set in the famous Oxford and the series is very much prevalent among the fans. The first episode of the series came out in the year 2012 and the whole season saw it’s broadcast back in the year 2013. Consequently, the series saw many seasons while the fans kept waiting for the future seasons. Endeavor Season 8 was announced with the broadcast of the seventh season itself. Also, the coronavirus pandemic that struck this year must have caused delays in the production of the series. Hence, we can expect that the series won’t be back this year.

The seven seasons of the series are set in the year 1960s and 1970s in the city of Oxford, England. The show is set on the career of Endeavour Morse, a detective in England. The versatile Shaun Evans plays the character of the detective, and hence, the series still gathers the audience like a pro. Morse leaves his Lonsdale College in the third year of Oxford University without grabbing the degree. Consequently, he spends a few days as a clerk in the Royal Corps Signals before joining the Carshall-Newtown Police. What new adventures will the series bring, we possibly can’t fathom. Yet, we know that like the other seasons. the show will feature Shaun Evans in the lead role who will capture the audience’s attention like no other.
