Dead Island is coming up with its amazing sequel and it is going to be some real thrill. Created by Dambuster Studios and published by Deep Silver it is an action role-playing game that is a love for everyone out there. It is no hidden fact that the game has been through a difficult time when its development duties were originally handled by Yager Development until Sumo Digital took over in 2016 and then Dambuster Studios in 2019.

Dead Island 2: Is it happening?
The game made its debut in the year 2011 and became a love for every gamer out there. The sequel was announced back in 2014 and indeed it has been a long time since then. Its original release was set in 2015 but since then it has been continuously postponed. Dead Island 2: What is the game about?
The game’s plot is set in an open-world Los Angeles, San Francisco, and an undisclosed third location in California. Unlike the first game which was set on the fictitious island of Banoi off the coast of Papua New Guinea this time the location is kept secret.
The game’s combat has different mechanics than its predecessors. Plus the sequel too includes several features from its predecessors, such as the “rage” and crafting systems.
The footage leaked back in 2014 gives us a brief idea about the concept of the upcoming sequel. Plus, the trailer released by the officials back in 2014 when the sequel was announced gives us some hints too.
