This is announcement is quietly early considering that season 1 was aired in August 2020. Biomarkers didn’t fail to create an impact on the minds of viewers. Soon after the release of season 1, the shock became a hit series. Biomarkers have a thrilling and twisted scientific plot along with deep character development. In a snippet, the show is about a young woman (Mia) who enrolls in a top university. At the very begging, she seems like any other student. But after gaining the trust of Professor Lorenz she reveals her true motives. Professor Tanja Lorenz teaches her biology. Mia’s motives can change the face of the entire human race. Creator Ditter said, “Thematically, t.he second season will also deal with moral and ethical issues around biohacking and genome editing.” Now it will be interesting to see how things work out between Mia and Professor Tanja Lorenz.
