The Boys Season 2 Release Date
Season 2 finally gets an official release date. It is going to premiere on September 4, 2020. The announcement was done via a live stream on Instagram on June 26. The host of the event was Patron Oswalt. In the event, Erin Kripke says that season 2 is not going to air all at once. Only the first three episodes will air on September 4. The remaining episodes will air once every week. This will give the audience a chance to recover and absorb each episode. The finale will be on October 9, 2020. It will be available on Amazon Prime Video.
However, due to the global coronavirus pandemic, the production of season 2 was difficult. But we are glad that it is finally done and we will be able to watch the show. in July 2020, during a virtual home Comic-Con, Amazon discloses the third season. Yes right, Amazon renews the show for the third season as well. We are not sure how the makers are planning to shoot amidst the coronavirus. But we sincerely hope the third season to be available soon as well.
