Who is ignorant enough to the name Ganesh Gaitonde from Sacred Games? This gangster has gained popularity since the release of Season 1 of sacred games. The show is based on the novel of the same name by Vikram Chandra. Sacred Games, which Released back in 2018, have roared up the charts. What has happened so far?
The show begins with a common policeman, Sartaj, receiving a phone call. The caller – as revealed – is the most wanted gangster of Bombay (now Mumbai). He discloses the news of a bomb blast that is supposed to happen 25 days hence. By finding locating the cell phone, Sartaj finds out the haven of Ganesh. But when he encounters him, Ganesh shoots himself. And thus began a stream of mysteries. The fascinating thing is the way the story has been narrated. As the season one further moves on, it unravels various crimes committed by Ganesh.
Along with it, it also unravels the life of Sartaj Singh. Nonetheless, the show also talks about the present and games played by various politicians. Season 1 ends and leaves the fan starving for more.

Sacred Games Season 3 Release Date –
It is quite certain that there will be a renewal of the show. For its wide popularity and the vast fanbase is eagerly waiting. But as of now, there is no official update regarding the release date. Due to the spread of novel coronavirus, shooting came to a halt. No one has the slightest idea of when it will commence again. In the latest interview, Saif Ali Khan stated that “there might not be another season”. But in such time of uncertainties, let us not take this seriously.
