After months of patiently waiting for a sequel, After fans were finally treated to a first look at After We Collided, a follow-up movie to the steamy 2019 romantic drama. After We Collided takes up where After left stranded: Tessa (Josephine Langford) and Hardin (Hero Fiennes Tiffin) have put their tumultuous relationship in the past… or have they?
The turbulent pair can’t seem to keep apart from each other, given all the tension and hardships that threaten their partnership. And adding to some potential new love interests— a mystery brunette for Hardin and a new coworker, Trevor (Dylan Sprouse), for Tessa— does not help to calm the situation, the looks of today’s trailer.

After 2 Release Date
The release date for After 2 is Friday, October 2nd, when the sequel to the movies and all major video-on-demand platforms, including Amazon, Apple Store, Fandango Now, Google Play, Microsoft, and Vudu, will be released.
The first film, however, is now streaming via Netflix. The film arrived at the streaming service in October 2019, six months after the movies had arrived.
As such, we would hope the film to come to Netflix in April 2021.
After 2 is based on Anna Todd’s 2014 book After We Collided, based on her famous fan fiction. The preview of the book gives fans an idea of what to expect from the film.

Storyline
In the first film of the series, we met Tessa Young, a committed student who recently left school and ended up falling in love with the rebel Hardin Scott after leaving her high school sweetheart Noah.
Tessa and Hardin split up at the beginning of After We Collided, but she’s persuaded to try to get back together. This is not without setbacks, however, as Hardin’s disloyalty and Tessa’s emerging friendship with Trevor’s coworker threaten to derail their relationship.
