The Expanse season 4 got immense love as the show didn’t miss a beat and continued delivering the best and upholding its reputation. In the fourth season, the Roci crew ventured to Ilus to prevent the advent of dangerous Protomolecule. In the fourth season, the main cast was quite busy. Amos made a new ladyfriend, Naomi felt the gravitational pull, and Holden met Joe Miller. In the solar system, we saw a power shift towards the Earth and Mars.
The fifth installment will revolve around Nemesis Games that followed Cibola Burn. It is also expected that the fifth season will show more political incidents too. We don’t know everything about the lead characters’ early life. So, it is likely that we will get more information on their background. It can also include elements of Babylon’s Ashes. Filming for the fifth part wrapped up in February 2020. We are assuming that the makers might be thinking about any announcement in March, but then Coronavirus happened. That is why they may have pushed back the dates. We have not heard any news regarding the release date. The conjectures are that The Expanse Season 5 will come out in 2021.
It is also said that the writer James S.A.Corey is busy writing more books. The current one will come out in 2020. Who knows, maybe the makers want to include something from the new book too.
