The anime series “Noragami” is the adaptation of the famous Japanese manga series which was the 14th best seller one in 201, and is rising up in the sky with time. Produced by anime studios, Bones was a blockbuster in the world of animation. The tightly packed storyline and the animation made everyone fall for it resulting in the formation of a huge fan base. The manga has 21 published volumes till now, and that’s quite a lot. So, what about the third season of the show?

Noragami Season 3: When is the release happening?
The anime series was a huge success just after the release of its first season on 5th January 2014. It formed a permanent huge fan base and received lots of appreciation from all its viewers plus critics. Soon its second season too hit the screen in October 2015. And, with it, the show’s popularity reached to the skies. And, the huge time gap after that med all the viewers lose hope for the third season of the show.
Unfortunately, there are no new announcements about the third season of the show. Though, there are lots of materials to fall back upon for another two seasons. So, we can be hopeful for the release of the third season of the show. We can expect the next season to come out in 2021.
Noragami Season 3: What about the characters?
For now, there are no official announcements about the star cast of the third season of the show. But we can see the following on the screen again:
- Yuki Kaji as Yukimi
- Hiroshi Kamiya as Yota
- Maya Uchida as Hiyori Liki
Plus, we would also love to see the characters like Kofuku, Bishamonten, Robaou Kureha, making their comeback from the previous season too.
Noragami Season 3: What will be the plotline?
We know that the first season of the show is somehow based upon the 1-3 volumes of the manga. And the second season was loosely based upon the volumes 4-9. In both of this season, we see a middle school girl named Hiyori Iki, who saves a stranger from a bus accident. After that incident her soul to slips out of her body sometimes this makes her experience two worlds at the same time.
As the series is not officially renewed for its third season, we don’t have any official information about the plotline. Though, many sources are reporting that we might see yato past and his relationship.
