The soapy teen drama “Outer Banks” is going to return with its season two. It was an instant hit on Netflix, and since then, fans were continuously demanding for its second season to come out. And, now everyone’s longing is going to end as show’s co-creator Josh Pate has confirmed that he is already working on the script for season two. And, that’s enough for us to make sure that the show is all set to come back. The romance and the sun-drenched vacation made everyone fall for it, resulting in the construction of a huge fan base for the show with just its first season.

Outer Banks Season 2: When is the release happening?
The first season of the show aired on 15th April, and we got ten fantastic episodes. On 24th July, Netflix officially announced the renewal of the show for its second season. But, till now, we don’t have any official release date to mention.
And, due to the ongoing pandemic, we would need to wait a little longer for the announcement of the official release date. Though it won’t be much longer and we can expect the show to come in 2021 or the latest by 2022.

Outer Bank Season 2: What will be the plotline?
In the events of the final episode of season one, John B and Sarah are on their way to the Bahamas, while everyone back in the OBX though they got caught in the hurricane and died.
In season two, the plot of the show will revolve around John B and Sarah around the Bahamas and might make it back to OBX. John Pate revealed that in season two, we are going to spend some time with Sarah and John B. In the Bahamas before bringing back to the Outer Banks, to reunite with the Pogues.
