Sherlock Holmes 3 Release Date
Sherlock Holmes 3 was all set to release on December 22, 2021. However, the previous date was for Christmas this year, December 25, 2020. But due to the global pandemic going on, there is a slight delay in the release. Besides, the actors are also running busy these days, and it difficult to get their dates.
The first Sherlock Holmes saw its release on December 25, 2009. The sequel with “Game Of Shadows” came on December 16, 2011. It is a little long wait for the fans. However, we can all expect that it is going to be worth it.
The principal cast will remain the same as per the sources in sequel 3. This means that Robert Downey Jr. will reprise his role as Sherlock Holmes. We will also see Jude Law coming back as Watson. The other cast members include Kelly Reilly as Mary, Watson’s wife. Eddie Marsan, as Inspector Lestrade and Stephen Fry, who plays Mycroft, Sherlock’s brother will also return.

There have been no official revelations about the plot just yet. But all we know is that the film is set in San Fransisco. We can expect a lot of adventure, some heartbreaks and a lot of humor. The plot can also revolve around connections and bondings. The story might show us how the characters depend on and support each other during their bad times. We will see them being there for each other even after being distant for years.
The fans are also waiting for the villain in Sherlock Holmes 3. In the first, we see Watson and Holmes battling against Lord Henry Blackwood. He was a mystical creature and dominator. In the sequel, we see Professor James Moriarty. He was the arch-nemesis of Sherlock Holmes. In the third season, we will see Watson and Holmes fighting against someone. But that someone is not yet revealed.
