Google has yet to break the code for wearables despite its numerous attempts. WearOS-powered watches have not been able to cope with the strength of Apple Watch although the Fitbit acquisition is still considered a step in the same direction.
Now a recent patent found by 91 Mobiles leads to a new fitness tracker by Google. Although the patent list does not list the current wearable, the patent list states that the new gadget is a “fitness bracelet tracking”
Google does not have in the pot a watch or exercise band that already allows smartphones and home appliances. When the light of day is seen by this commodity, it’s the first business. Although the patent concept shows that this fitness tracker does not have a monitor on the market in other activity trackers.
The patent concept also indicates that health and physical activity are tracked by sensors and trackers. Instead of an embedded screen, Google will view the statistics on your smartphone. You may use the Google Fit application or Google Assistant to share your activity information.
The exercise band looks like a normal watch band without an attached dial, according to the patent application. The belt face is straightforward, while the whole length is strapped on the back. These cords serve as a lock to secure the harness.
The battery powering the band is supplied along with sensors and a magnetic pogo connector, which in this category is almost normal charging technology. Since now, this exercise tracker is not really well known and it is unclear if it ever will be released.
