Better Call Saul Season 6 will be the end of prequel to Breaking Bad. Set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Better Call Saul reveals the compromised life of a con artist, Jimmy McGill, aka Saul Goodman. The show focuses on how a defeated man transforms his life to become an exuberant lawyer. It unveils his entire story of becoming a prominent man, not only for himself but for others too. Kim Wexler is a character that teaches us a lot in unimaginable ways. The way she supports Jimmy and goes on in her life exhibits the fallibility of human’s life.

This nailing prequel is a beautifully crafted series from Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould. Gould, in his official statement to TV Line, said, “From day one of Better Call Saul, my dream was to tell the complete story of our complicated hero, Jimmy McGill — now AMC and Sony are making that dream come true.”
When will the last season release?
The filming was scheduled to start in March for the last season, but it couldn’t happen due to the pandemic. The writing is going on for the last season. Confirming this in an interview with Variety in April, Gould said, “We just started working the last few weeks […] some things are going on in the writers’ room that I’m excited about.” They have to shoot in New Mexico, so until local rules clear for filming, they cannot go back to their original location.
We are speculating that if the production starts in this year, we can have our first episode in late 2021.
Who will be in Better Call Saul Season 6?
The cast of Better Call Saul couldn’t be better than it is already. It won’t have the same spark if there were not the faces we are so familiar with. Hence, we can see all the characters from the previous season.

Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman/ Jimmy McGill
Rhea Seehorn as Kim Wexler
Patrick Fabian as Howard Hamlin
Michael Mando as Nacho Varga
Giancarlo Esposito as Gus Fring
Tony Dalton as Lalo Salamanca
What can you expect in the final season?
The fans need a perfect closure for their favorite characters. Season 6 will run for thirteen episodes, which is ample time for the makers to deliver the closure that they deserve. Season 5 was the best season of Better Call Saul. It received the most praise and ratings. So, Season 6 has a lot to reach up to. But, we trust the writers to do just that.
In Season 6, Kim Wexler will have the most growth, in our opinion. Why? In Season 5, she went off the road, detesting the world in general. But, we have seen who the real Kim is in previous seasons, so getting her back to herself will be an enriching journey. Lalo was vengeful and wants to take revenge. Will Season 6 satisfy him? Nacho had an assassin at his back. Will Season 6 liberate him? Although Saul has come a lot far, still his near-death experience has left him in a vulnerable state. Will Season 6 maintain Saul’s reputation as a ‘good man’, or will he become ‘Slippin Jimmy’ again?
There are a lot of questions. It will be interesting to see how these will be answered in Better Call Saul Season 6.
