India registered on Monday 38,772 new infections with coronavirus taking 94,31,692 total. According to ministry numbers, India has a total of 4,46,952 active cases. The number of people recovered from the disease has risen to 88,47,600, taking the national rate of recovery to 93,81%. The fatality rate for cases COVID-19 decreased again to 1.45%. For the 20th consecutive day, the active COVID-19 caseload was below 5 lakh.

With 82.224 tests completed by Saturday, the State government has expanded its regular Covid-19 exam. Maharashtra Minister of Health Rajesh Tope said that district officials were ordered to undergo aggressive tests to prevent the spread of the disease.
