Created by Aziz Ansari and Alan Yang “Master of None” has done fairly well on the screens. And now, the American comedy-drama web television series “Master of None” might come up with its third season.
There is a buzz going all around and we are here to talk about the same. We are here to tell you every detail regarding the third season of the show. So without taking any more of your time let’s take a quick look at everything that we have gathered up for you.
Master of None Season 3: When is the release happening?
The first season of the show was released in November 2015. And then the second season also followed up and aired on 12th May 2017. And after that, there was no Dev on our screens for long. The reason for this lies in the accusations that came up about creator a lead actor Aziz Ansari in early 2018. The gossip website Babe.net published an article by a woman who accused Ansari of making her feel “Sexually uncomfortable”. Ansari then came out and denied the accusations saying he was deeply “shocked and concerned”.
However, it might also just be that there is no vision for a third season right now. Netflix has confirmed they have not cancelled the show and that they strive their hardest to avoid sexual misconduct on sets.
With all this, we need to wait for a bit longer for any official announcement to happen.
Master of None Season 3: What about the plotline?
The show centres on Dev, a 30-year-old actor. He is an Indian-American and resides in New York. Dev is usually seen going on dates and auditions. He spends a lot of his time with his friends sharing things about his evolving relationship. Dev is dating Rachel in season one with whom he had a one night stand. The season ends with everything falling apart. He lost his role in the film he was acting and Rachel. Rachel leaves for Japan and Dev is shown leaving for Italy to learn pasta making.
Season two picks up from where it stopped. Dev has pasta-making job and finally found a girl he has real connections with. Everything is going well until Sara had to leave and Dev’s phone was stolen with her number. He falls for the granddaughter of the woman he works for, but it does not work out as she was in a long term relationship with someone else. However, the second season ends with a cliff-hanger where we see Franseca lying next to Dev, and she is not wearing the ring her fiancé gave. Season three will continue from there, giving fans a better idea of what happened.
