The British-Canadian animated series “Hilda” is coming back with its second season. Produced by Silvergate Media and Mercury Filmworks the series is based on the graphic novel series of the same name by Luke Pearson. Undoubtedly, the show has a huge fan base and is widely popular in the anime world.

Hilda Season 2: When is the release happening?
The series made its debut on Netflix on 21st September 2018. The world premiere of the first two episodes was at the New York International Children’s Film Festival on 25th February 2018.
Later, on 8th October 2018, the series was renewed for the second season, which is scheduled to be released in December 2020.

Hilda Season 2: What about the plotline?
The story of the show revolves around a young girl “Hilda” who grew up with her mother in a cabin in the woods. Over the course of the series, she and her deerfox Twig, later accompanied by an elf named Allfur, and friends David and Frida, go on a number of adventures interacting with and befriending the mysterious animals and spirits that live in and around the city of Trolberg.
