As per the police, US-based support of Khalistan outfit Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) gave a call to blacklist Air India flights and asked the casualties of 1984 against Sikh uproars to involve the air terminal to “internationalize” the issue.

“We have inputs that Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has undermined that two Air India flights booked for London tomorrow won’t be permitted to work. The security has been fixed,” said Rajeev Ranjan, DCP, Indira Gandhi International Airport.
