More About The Orville Season 3 :

The Orville Season 3 will have one episode less than the first season. The first season of the series as well as the second had 12 episodes. The next season of the show will have one less episode. But, the good news is that each episode will have a runtime that is 10 minutes longer. This is indeed a big change that the showrunners have implemented. CinemaBlend confirms this news as MacFarlane also suggested this on Twitter.

But, all this does not imply that the series will be out soon. Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown situations along with travel restrictions, it is hard to shoot. So, we should be ready for delays and will have to wait long. In the second of The Orville,  we lost Halston Sage as Lt. Alara Kitan.

But, for the character, the Trek Movie executive producer, David Goodman confirms:

“I don’t think I will come back as a normal person. But we love this character … so if there were an opportunity to take her to the level of the story, I probably would.” open to it and we’d love to get it back.”
