Season 1 Review
Dark Desire is otherwise known as “Oscuro Deseo”. It is a thriller available on Netflix. The story revolves around relationship morals and equations. And it is enough to take you out of your comfort zone. The series is full of eroticism, crimes, mysteries, and secrets. Although it is seductive and mysterious, it lacks the eerie vibe of You. The characters of the show are full of dark secrets and they are dramatic about everything. If you try to delve too much into the series to find a story you will not find any. However, not everything is bad. There are certain twists and turns every now and then. And the revelation of the secrets will always keep you on the edge. Overall it is an interesting series with a definite storyline. So if you like erotic thrillers, it is just for you.

The Plot of the Show
The thriller shows Alma, a prestigious lawyer, and professor. She begins an affair with 23-year-old Dario on a mini-break as she processes her divorce. Alma returns home to her family, with the hopes of forgetting her holiday fling. Her plans are spoiled when Dario turns up as a student in one of her classes.
The firsts season ended on a dramatic cliffhanger. Various romantic trysts were uncovered between Alma’s husband Leonardo, her best friend Brenda, Leonardo’s brother Esteban and Alma herself resulting in Brenda’s death.
The second season will hopefully answer a lot of questions. What is the mystery behind Brenda’s death? Was it murder or suicide? What will Dario do now that he has faked his own death and is on the run?
