Apple, the American multinational technology company, is in the complete form right now for its second fall event of this year. It has sent out invitations for a ‘special Apple event’ on 13 October, which is most probably going to be the launch event of the iPhone 12.
The invites of Apple often have hints of what the user should expect, but this time, it only shows a series of circles, and the phrase “Hi, speed.” It can possibly be a hint towards 5G speeds, as the new models of iPhone 12 are expected to be supporting 5G connectivity.
The event is going to be beamed from the Steve Jobs Theater on October 13, on the Tech Giant’s campus and it would start at 10:30 pm IST, or 10 am PDT.
More About Apple And The Event :
Users are also expecting some other gadgets like a smaller HomePod smart speaker, an all-new Apple TV streaming box, over-ear headphones, and the highly rumored Tile-like location tracker along with a new lineup of iPhones.
A number of leaks are out there this time about the upcoming event of Apple, and aside from the general models, there are rumors that the iPhone 12 will also contain iPhone mini, and four models in total- the 6.1 inches iPhone 12, 6.1 inches iPhone 12 Pro, 5.4 inch iPhone 12 Mini, and 6.1 inches iPhone 12 Pro Max. All the four rumored models are said to feature improvements in design, processor(expected to be a new A14 processor), a smaller notch, and improvements in cameras.
Some other reports tell that the upcoming range of iPhone models is going to be more expensive than previous years. However, early speculation approximated a price of $699 to $749(Roughly around 50-55k Rs.). Later, leaks have told that the Bill of Materials(BOM), went up for iPhone 12, and it is possible that it starts with $749.
It is quite obvious that once the iPhones come in India, the price will not be in a direct link form the dollar value but will definitely be higher as the cost of shipping, taxes, and customs duties would also be included making it costlier.
Apple has recently started removing the charging cable of the products from the package and is expected to do so this time too. However, some people find it unnecessary cost-cutting and argue.
