Hathras rape case is a moment when the entire nation just goes berserk hearing the horrifying incidents unfolded. A 19-year-old Dalit girl was raped and brutally murdered in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras region. The family, just like many families that have asked for justice for their girl’s atrocities, is asking for justice. However, just like things have unfurled prior to this terrible animal display, things seem bleak. it is such a shame that the country who is addressing its urban modernities and improvements at the UNGA and various other gatherings, cannot even account for those who rape women. Every single time, we stand at the same threshold where the government officials just stay calm. With time, people forget about this case, and then, somewhere else, new animals decide to show their devil-invoked consciousness.
Hathras rape case makes us barf at the new India
In the entire UP, we are seeing various protests about the Hathras rape case in the name of the victim who just happened to born with female genitals. Why did the police try to cover up the rape case when it should help the family? On September 14, the family admitted her into a hospital. She died two weeks later on September 29. The family has come forward with the accusations to the police that they forced them to cremate her, in an unethical manner.
The four accused males, Sandip, Ramu, Lavkush, and Ravi are in police custody after police pressed the charges under Section 302 of the IPC against them. The funeral took place in the dead of the night. In a statement, the victim’s brother remarked that police forced his father to cremate her. However, Hathras DM Praveen Kumar denied the charges. he said, “We conducted the funeral with the due permission of the father.”
An official again tries to threaten the family
In a video that surfaced the internet shows Praveen Kumar talking to a member of the family. In the video which runs for a few seconds, he speaks with a clear voice that he will still remain here even after the media is gone. Translating his words, it seems like he wants the family to not press the case. Furthermore, he wants them to know that even after the media will move to another case, he can do anything with them so revolting against him won’t serve them.

It is disgusting how the paralyzed organs of the woman do not speak of her struggle.
