FXX’s announced the last tear that there will an Archer Season 11. And according to reports, Archer will wake up in the new season. This means that the upcoming season 11 will be similar to the first couple of seasons. Archer’s fans are excited about the coming season. Release Date Of Archer Season 11
Originally the show was set to be released in May of 2020. But due to the novel coronavirus dates were rescheduled. Now the first two episodes (The Orpheus Gambit and Bloodsploosh) of the new season will be released on September 16. The remaining episodes will be aired weekly.
The Story So Far
The show revolves around the life of Sterling Archer who is a spy. The most important relationship of the protagonist was with Lana. They both share an on and off relationship. But two of them eventually have a baby, names Abbiejean Kane-Archer. But things take a new turn in Season 7. In which we watched that Archer was shot by Veronica Deane. He then ended up in a coma. From there he was transported into alternate reality versions of his spy agency. Season 8, Archer: Dreamland was about Archer investigating the murder of his partner Woodhouse. The season was followed by Archer: Danger Island. It was somewhat like Indiana Jones. Archer season 10 started with his coming out of a coma. And that’s when he realizes that he had been in a coma for 3 whole years.
Plot Of The Archer Season 11
In season Archer will be out of his 3-year long coma. We will get to see how he reacts to all the changes that happened in such a long time. EP Matt Thompson said, “The personalities and situation of the office have changed”. He also says that how the spy mission will return. Though the cast of the entire agency has changed in the past 3 years. The show explores how lost Archer feels and how everyone has moved on, except Pam. Matt further stated how post-coma Archer has been affected mentally as well.
